If you need to make website updates or changes to your existing website, be it a static or Content Management System (CMS), I can meet your needs. I charge an hourly rate of R300.00 per hour, not matter if the changes are big or small.
The cost includes pages, making changes to the navigation, adding new images etc. Send through the changes and I will be able to give you an approximate completion time. If that meets your requirements, I can have your changes finished within a 48 hour period.
Payment for Website Updates
Please note that payment is invoiced when the website updates have been completed. All invoices are to be settled within 48 hours of the invoice been issued. Also please take note that if any outsourced coding or plugins required will not be included in the website update charge, but will be billed seperately. Website updates that take less than an hour will be billed for an hour.
If you have a content management system, you can update the plugins inside the administration backend of the website. This applies to WordPress Plugins and WordPress Core files, and to Drupal 7 Modules only. Drupal 7 Core and Drupal 6 Core and modules will need to be updated by the web developer as it requires knowledge and FTP. So keep up to date and keep your website secure.
Please note, in order to make your changes we would need the following:
- Written Changes – Any changes are to be emailed or in writing. No changes will be made, without written instructions.
- I will need access to your website File Transfer Protocol. You can get the FTP details by emailing your hosting provider and request the FTP username and password.
- Confirmation by email that you have accepted the website update quote.
